Raw Love Awakening 6 Week Program

THIS PROGRAM WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERED AFTER 30 SEPTEMBER 2018. HOWEVER, ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED YOU WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE ACCESS TO ALL MATERIALS FOR A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS. 

This is a 6-week program with modules being released every week over 6 weeks. However you will have access to the modules and supporting materials for at least 5 years and can do the program in your own time.

You will have the opportunity to learn simple tools that fit into any life, which will help you to live a healthier lifestyle with awareness and appreciation and with a focus on plant-based, raw food.

What's included:

Week 1
Introduction and Prayer of Health

Where we explore your thinking around health and how to make the right choices to support optimum health, what simple actions you can put into place to support your physical wellbeing. 

Week 2
Prayer of Food

Where we look at the food choices you make, what serves you, what doesn't serve you and how to fall in love with food that's good for you. What's beneficial about raw food. How much raw food is best.

Week 3
Prayer of Movement

Where we look at what kind of movement is beneficial and how often we should be practicing it. How you can establish a short daily movement routine that's fun, strengthens your body and brightens your mind.

Week 4
Prayer of Presence

Where we will look at being present and in the now. Finding ways to enjoy meditation and turning it into a daily short practice that you can fit into even the busiest of lifestyles to help reduce stress, alleviate anxiety and reduce blood pressure. 

Week 5

Prayer of Freedom

Where we go deeper into the questions of freedom... yours and that of other people. What is freedom and how can we develop the skills to have awareness of freedom? How can we honour and respect our own freedom and that of others to live more in harmony with our social environment. 

Week 6

Prayer of Love and Completion

Where we will look at ways in which you can to feel the love that is all around and start to have your thoughts, intentions and actions come from a place of love, so that your life can be filled with a sense of love and joy from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed.

How is the course structured?

The course consists of video presentations as well as downloadable workbooks. 

Once you sign up you will receive the first module followed by a further 5 weekly modules.

Each module gives you the option to post comments on your progress, questions and celebrations and you will also automatically become a member of Gabriela's closed Facebook Group 'Conscious Raw Vegans'.
